How does my order help the scholarship fund and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society? TOP
At least 10% and as much as 25% of your order is split between the college scholarship fund and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.  Orders up to $100.00 generate 10%.  Orders between $100.00 and $200.00 generate 20%.  Orders over $200.00 generate 25%.  Thank you for your support!

What is the correct order for the letters in a monogram? TOP
It is a personal preference! For a couple, the common last initial is the larger initial in the middle.  For example, Michael and Brenda Chandler would be MCB or BCM depending on whose name you would like to be first.  Either way is perfectly acceptable. For men, most people do the three initials straight across: Robert Michael Chandler would be RMC. For women, the last initial is still larger in the middle: Brenda Nunn Chandler would be BCN. Your monogram is completely up to you! Please make sure that you check the order of your letters before submitting your order. We've tried to make our order forms clear, but make sure you understand before submitting. 

Do you offer any kind of guarantee? TOP
Yes, we guarantee that you will be happy with your order.  Our number one priority is customer service and customer satisfaction.  You have heard that before, but we mean it sincerely and we will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase and your service.  If you are not, we will make it right. 

That being said, if there is an error in personalization, and it is our fault, we will replace the item quickly, and at no charge.  If the error is on your part, we will still replace it quickly, but we must charge you.  If an item that you receive from us is defective in workmanship or is inferior quality, please contact us immediately, and we will make arrangements to replace it.  If an item is broken in shipment, we will gladly replace that item as well.  Again, please contact us quickly with any problems or concerns so that we can make things right or make arrangements for return and replacement.    

Do you offer gift wrap or gift messages? TOP
We try to accommodate all gift message requests.  Most of the time, we can include gift messages with no problem.  Please add your gift message to the comments section of your order.  However, many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers and cannot be gift wrapped before shipping.  We recommend that if you need gift wrapping, you contact us first.  We will let you know if your item is eligible for gift wrap before shipping. 

Do I have to use my credit card online? TOP
At this time, we can only accept credit card payments online through PayPal.  However, you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay.  PayPal will walk you through the payment process if you do not have an account with them.     

Is your payment site secure? TOP
At Designs by Three of a Kind, any payment information entered online is through a secure website. Your credit card number is never seen or stored by anyone. Any payment information given to us will not be sold or released to any third party establishments. 

What is your privacy policy? TOP
We respect your privacy and want you to be comfortable ordering from us. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.  We will never share your e-mail or other personal information with anyone.  

I just received my order and the personalization is wrong! What should I do? TOP
Mistakes happen and we make every effort to check and double check your order.  If your item is incorrect, please go back and check the submitted order. Make sure your personalization was entered exactly the way you wanted it. If the monogram is wrong and it is our fault, we will gladly replace it!  E-mail us as soon as possible and we will give you instructions on how to return your item and make arrangements for a replacement.
